Halo · governed AI software delivery
Software that ships with a receipt for every decision.
Halo is a delivery platform where an AI build fleet does the work and human governance holds the keys. Every action lands in an append-only, hash-chained ledger; every irreversible step waits for a human word; every claim of "done" is verified against evidence, never against a report.
Three laws, held by machinery
Work that survives anything
Every build, check, and deployment runs as a durable workflow. A crashed machine, a lost session, a failed step — the work resumes from its exact history instead of starting over or silently dying.
A ledger, not a status report
Every event is appended to a hash-chained record. Nothing is edited, nothing is deleted — corrections are new entries. "It works" is a query you can run, not a sentence you have to trust.
The fleet builds. People decide.
AI agents propose, build, and verify at machine speed — and stop at every irreversible boundary. Releases, schema changes, and policy shifts wait for an explicit, recorded human decision. Always.
The standard we build to: a stranger can audit this system from its own ledger.
Where things stand
In private development
Halo runs a production tenant today and is being hardened toward general availability. We publish when we can prove, not before.
Design partners, by invitation
A small number of partners will build with us before GA. If governed AI delivery is a problem you own, we'd like to hear from you.
